Quadient mark is a temporary hotlinked placeholder for layout purposes only. Swap in your official dealer-portal logo file before this goes live. Formax, Buskro, Rena, BCC Software, and Datapac will be added here one at a time as each goes live.
The Truth, Not A Sales Pitch
Here's the plain-English version: USPS is retiring an old barcode format on postage meters (called IBI) in favor of a newer one (called IMI). That's it. That's the whole technical story.
The first wave of that transition is already behind us. The smaller, hand-fed meters hit their deadline back in 2024, and they've all either been upgraded or pulled from service by now. If you still have a working IBI meter today, it's an auto-feed machine, and those are covered through December 31, 2027. So if someone's telling you it has to be replaced right now or it'll stop working, that's not true. A lot of reps leave that part out because a scared customer is an easier sale than an informed one. We won't do that to you.
We'll check your actual meter, tell you the real date that applies to it, and let you decide from there. No pressure, no fear, no rush.

Why Addco And Why Now
Addco has served this region since 1979. Over the years, we have helped customers with postage, folding and inserting, shipping, bulk mailing, presorting, certified mail, receiving and internal package tracking, package lockers, postal accounting, supplies, and service. History alone is not the reason to call us. Call because your operation deserves a company that will look closely, tell you the truth, recommend what fits, and remain accountable after the equipment is installed.
Calling Pitney Bowes or FP directly can feel like calling a box store: long holds, a different rep every time, nobody who actually knows your account. As your dealer, we're built to be the opposite. We're the first call, and most of the time the only one, because we work through the problem ourselves before you'd ever need to call the manufacturer. We work hard to earn every customer, and even harder to keep them.
Not an account number routed through a distant call center. We know our customers by name, and when we run into them around town, we stop and actually talk to them. That's not a slogan, it's just how a Montana company treats people.
We start with your mail volume, workflow, labor, postage, reporting needs, and growth plans, then help you choose a solution that makes operational and financial sense.
Equipment, software, supplies, service, and practical guidance from one team. Fewer handoffs, fewer excuses, and a clearer path when your mailing needs change.
Give us one opportunity to review your current equipment, contract, workflow, and costs. You may confirm that you are in good shape. You may discover a much better way forward. Either way, you will make the next decision with better information.
