Authorized DealerThe Truth, Not A Sales Pitch
Your Postage Meter Deadline Depends On The Exact Model And Configuration.
USPS is replacing the older IBI postage-evidencing format with Intelligent Mail Indicia (IMI). A non-IMI system can no longer be used after the withdrawal date that applies to that specific model and configuration.
Most non-IMI systems were required to be withdrawn by December 31, 2024. Quadient received an extension through December 31, 2027 for certain named legacy systems operating with auto-feed equipment. That extension is not a blanket rule for every auto-feed meter. ADDCO will verify the exact model and configuration before telling you whether replacement is required now or whether a documented transition period still applies.
We'll check your actual meter, tell you the real date that applies to it, and let you decide from there. No blanket claims and no manufactured urgency.

Mailing And Shipping, One Connected Flow
Mail and shipping are not separate departments anymore, and your equipment should not treat them that way. From postage and folding to labels, tracking, and receiving, it is all part of the same flow moving through your building.

Postage, carriers, tracking, and accounting, all in one flow.
Folding, Inserting & Opening
Fold, insert, seal, and open, without the hand cramps.
Addressing & Presorting
Printing, presorting, and the equipment that keeps it all moving.
Lockers & Supplies
Secure pickup and the genuine supplies that keep it running.
Why Addco And Why Now
Experience Matters. So Does What You Do Next.
Addco has served this region since 1979. Over the years, we have helped customers with postage, folding and inserting, shipping, bulk mailing, presorting, certified mail, receiving and internal package tracking, package lockers, postal accounting, supplies, and service. History alone is not the reason to call us. Call because your operation deserves a company that will look closely, tell you the truth, recommend what fits, and remain accountable after the equipment is installed.
We're Your First Call, Not Your Last Resort
National providers can offer broad resources, but customers may still encounter call-center handoffs or representatives who do not know the history of the account. ADDCO gives you a local first call, works the issue from the equipment and workflow outward, and coordinates with the manufacturer when escalation is actually needed.
We Know You By Name
Not an account number routed through a distant call center. We know our customers by name, and when we run into them around town, we stop and actually talk to them. That's not a slogan, it's just how a Montana company treats people.
A Recommendation You Can Defend
We start with your mail volume, workflow, labor, postage, reporting needs, and growth plans, then help you choose a solution that makes operational and financial sense.
One Mailing Partner
Equipment, software, supplies, service, and practical guidance from one team. Fewer handoffs, fewer excuses, and a clearer path when your mailing needs change.
